Our well-equipped gymnasium has been designed to meet the needs of all our members and guests by providing a sensible balance of both cardio-vascular and resistance equipment.

Technogym, one of the world's leading manufacturers of gymnasium equipment, was appointed to install its unique microchip 'key' system, which enables the user to have a specially designed, personalised fitness programme giving them maximum benefit from the machines. Peake Fitness was one of the first centres in the UK selected by Technogym to install Bio-Strength, a range of resistance equipment considered by many to be the ultimate in products of its kind.

This state-of-the-art gymnasium, which is fully air-conditioned, is equipped with the very latest Technogym “Excite” range of cardiovascular equipment; each station has a touch-screen TV offering numerous TV and radio channels, as well as a DVD option so you can watch your favourite movie whilst working out! Alternatively you can enjoy the stunning lake view outside the windows. The superb Technogym Biostrength resistance equipment also uses the same microchip key technology as the Excite range. The revolutionary “Cardiowave” cross trainer also has to be experienced to be believed.
