With extensive state-of-the-art facilities the club can offer premium gym facilities and fitness classes, and enjoying the unique surroundings of beautiful Constable Country, Peake Fitness is considered to be one of the premier health and fitness clubs in East Anglia.Situated within the Stoke by Nayland Hotel complex the luxurious poolside facilities and gym are available to all Hotel guests on a complimenary basis. In the interests of health and safety a short induction is necessary for the Technogym gymnasium. Some classes are also open to Hotel guests, subject to availability.

Guests can of course just call in to Peake's Bistro and bar for an Espresso, a drink at the bar or a delicious light meal at any time during their stay, showing their key card for access.
