Peake Therapy

There are 11 treatment rooms in Peake Fitness & Spa and a wide range of health and beauty therapies are offered. Members and guests can enjoy a selection of facials and massages for both men and women using the excellent "Decleor" range of skin products, as well as aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian Head Massage, manicures, pedicures, C.A.C.I. non-surgical facelift, St. Tropez tanning, waxing and electrolysis. There are fully-trained Peake Fitness Sports Therapists on site who can provide deep tissue sports massage as well as specialist advice on any sports injuries.

Peake Spa has introduced two exciting new therapy suites which are unique within East Anglia. The exotic "Rasoul" mud therapy experience is based on the ancient Egyptian practice of detoxifying and exfoliating the skin with purifying muds whilst guests relax on heated seats in the Rasoul suite with herbal steam – different colours and strengths of muds are applied to different parts of the body. This is a popular therapy for couples or groups of friends as the starlit suite accommodates up to 4 guests for each session.

The "Hammam" is another ancient therapy which offers the most exquisite treatments and body wraps imaginable, designed to exfoliate and nourish the skin, whilst the guest lies on a hot stone bed within a gently-lit mosaic-tiled suite.
