Treat yourself to one of our popular, relaxing "Spa Days" or offer it as a perfect gift to someone special.

All you have to do is arrive and leave the rest to us. You can choose from a wide range of excellent beauty treatments or massage therapies, interspersed with an energetic work-out in our state-of-the-art gymnasium and a luxurious sauna, jacuzzi and swim in our magnificent indoor pool.

Included in your programme (where stated) will be a delicious 2 course lunch and glass of wine or juice in Peake's Bistro and Bar where you can also relax and enjoy refreshments during the day overlooking the pool and glorious Constable Country beyond. In the warmer months you can lie outside on the pool terrace sipping a refreshing drink.

To prolong your enjoyment why not take advantage of our attractive special "Spa Breaks" offer and stay overnight in the beautifully-appointed contemporay-style bedrooms. The offer includes a full Continental and English Breakfast and delicious 3-course dinner in our stylish Restaurant, overlooking the lake and golf courses. As an optional extra you can play golf on one of our two 18-hole championship courses or have a lesson in the 20 bay covered driving range.

Peake Spa offers competitively-priced residential Spa Break packages that can be tailor-made with additional treatments to suit your requirements.

For day visitors there is a selection of 6 different Spa Days, with something to suit every need. As with the Spa Breaks, guests are welcome to add further treatments to enhance their Spa Day package, and we recommend that these are booked well in advance. Spa Day Vouchers make perfect gifts and are ideal for special occasions such as birthdays, mothers day and hen parties.
