The state-of-the-art air-conditioned gymnasium is equipped with the very latest Technogym "Excite" range of cardiovascular equipment; each station has a touch-screen TV offering numerous TV and radio channels, as well as a DVD option so you can watch your favourite movie whilst working out! Alternatively you can enjoy the stunning lake view outside the windows. The superb Technogym Biostrength resistance equipment also uses the same microchip key technology as the Excite range. New this year to the gym is the revolutionary "Cardiowave" cross trainer which has to be experienced to be believed. A short induction is necessary for guests who wish to use the gym during their visit.

The spacious, air-conditioned aerobics studio, which also overlooks the lake, offers a wide and varied range of classes which include Body Balance, Body Pump, Tai Bo, Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, Spinning, Karate, Dance and much more.
